Job Title: Business Operations Strategist

The role of Business Operations Strategist is to identify and implement opportunities for growth and improvement in our business operations. This includes analyzing current processes, identifying areas for optimization, and developing and implementing solutions to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

This is a unique opportunity to join our team and contribute to the development of our business operations strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive change and improve our overall performance.

As a Business Operations Strategist, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting thorough analysis of current processes to identify areas for improvement
  • Developing and implementing solutions to drive efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive change and improve our overall performance
  • Providing regular progress updates and recommendations for future improvements

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Several years of experience in a broad role at an innovative Fintech, Big Tech, or Bank, driving large projects to completion
  • Deep understanding of the APAC markets and its diverse customer base
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on approach to delivering high-impact product solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence people without authority
  • Fluency with data, including spreadsheets and analytics dashboards, preferably with SQL and Python knowledge
