Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to Singtel customers and stakeholders, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
  • Proactively promote Singtel's products and services, leveraging your knowledge and expertise to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying your knowledge to deliver best-in-class service and support.
  • Take ownership of complex customer issues, working collaboratively with internal teams to resolve problems and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Singtel's services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving telecommunications industry.

Requirements:

  • Minimum N/O/A Level, NITEC certificate
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call centre, hospitality, retail, telesales, or similar fields
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong command of English
  • Bonus points for experience with CMS software and Microsoft Excel (Pivot table, v-lookup, formulas)
