**Job Summary**

MyCareersFuture is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Admin Assistant to join our team. As an Office Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and files
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as required
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum N Level qualifications
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and other administrative software
