About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at HAYS SPECIALIST RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting the local office with day-to-day operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and productive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage office operations, including office inventory, office budget, and process invoices.
  • Handle employee onboarding, setting up workstations, and providing access to necessary resources.
  • Manage office budget, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effective operations.
  • Coordinate with HR and other departments to align office operations with company goals.
  • Ensure office compliance with health and safety regulations, implementing emergency procedures and wellness programs.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including event organization, contract negotiation, and security protocol management.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience, with IT sector experience being a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in office management and administrative tasks.
  • MS Office Suite expertise (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a team.
