Job Summary

The Office Manager is the primary point of contact for office services and administrative management at Legend Global Logistics PTE. LTD. in Singapore. This role involves working closely with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth and professional operations of the company's back-of-house functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage office administrative functions, including reception and cleaning services
  • Coordinate events and meetings in the office, ensuring seamless logistics
  • Develop and maintain floor plans and workspace labeling systems
  • Arrange office maintenance, equipment repair, and tenancy-related issues
  • Manage day-to-day operations of housekeeping, facilities, food and beverages, pantry supplies, and stationery
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights and accommodations
  • Ensure timely application of insurance, visa, and other necessary documents
  • Contribute to office expansion, seating, and capacity planning, as well as budget management
  • Implement efficient cost management through strategic ordering of stock, pantry supplies, and stationery
  • Monitor facility management on a monthly basis
  • Participate in the Office Situation Response Team, ensuring the safety and security of the office and responding to emergencies
