Project Coordinator and Administrative Specialist

HAYS SPECIALIST RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator and Administrative Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in supporting the project workstream leads in charting and executing the planned workstream programme.
Key Responsibilities- Secretariat Services and Support: Provide administrative support to the project team, working closely with the project workstream leads to ensure the smooth execution of the project programme.
- Meeting Coordination: Set up and coordinate meetings with partners and external stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are informed and aligned with the project objectives.
- Event Logistics: Support the project team with the logistics for events, such as in-person workshops with partners, ensuring that all necessary arrangements are made.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Singapore office's main administrative officer, ensuring that day-to-day office activities are carried out effectively.
- Experience: More than 3 years' of similar experience in project management, office management, or business administration, preferably gained in an international organization, central bank, or private sector financial institution.
- Education: University degree and/or business administration diploma.
- Technical Skills: High level of proficiency in MS Office applications (notably word, spreadsheet, presentation), email, and internet tools.
