  • Counter Duties:
    • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Manage the front desk, including answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and handling mail and packages.
    • Use our school's implemented IT system to perform administrative tasks and maintain accurate records.
    • Handle daily requests and queries from parents, students, vendors, and staff, providing solutions and escalating issues as needed.
    • Communicate with students and staff regarding messages and events, ensuring timely and effective communication.
    • Provide first-level assistance to students with minor issues, escalating cases to colleagues as necessary.
    • Support students with basic needs, including sick and injured students, and handle situations involving soiled clothing.
  • General Duties:
    • Maintain the office's forms cabinet, ensuring all forms are up-to-date and replenished regularly.
    • Assist with general typing duties, including data entry and document preparation.
    • Support stores supplies management and inventory during school holidays.
    • Assist with school events, including catering and setup.
    • Perform other general administrative duties as required.
  • Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
    • Effective team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work well under tight schedules and deadlines.
    • Independent, resourceful, and proactive, with a strong sense of commitment.
    • Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
    • At least 2 years of relevant experience working in a primary school environment.
    • Basic computer literacy skills, including MS Office (Microsoft Word and Excel).
    • Possess one of the following qualifications: Higher Nitec or Nitec, GCE O or N Level certificate, or equivalent.
