  • Handle daily requests and queries from parents, students, vendors, and staff, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Support special events by conveying messages to students and providing first-level assistance to walk-in students, escalating cases as needed.
  • Assist with general typing duties, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Manage store supplies and inventories during school holidays, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Support all school events, including catering and room setup, ensuring a smooth and successful experience.
  • Perform other general administrative duties as required, contributing to the overall success of our team.
Requirements
  • Effective team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under tight schedules, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.

  • Excellent organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in a primary school environment, with a strong understanding of our school's operations and procedures.
  • Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel), with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Higher Nitec or Nitec qualification.
  • GCE 'O' or 'N' Level certificate or equivalent.
