Sales Director, Technology Solutions

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our Technology Solutions team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow your portfolio of accounts by developing strong relationships with key decision-makers and selling NCS Application solutions to the target customer base;
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and business needs of clients, ensuring you can coordinate across functional teams within NCS to bring the right winning team to drive successful solutions and contract closure;
- Meet sales quota through identifying and gaining business from new and existing clients and ensuring customer satisfaction through the products and services provided by NCS;
- Manage and coordinate contract terms and conditions internally and externally;
- Build and maintain relationships at all levels with designated clients;
- Develop value propositions and negotiate successfully to close deals;
- Gain a thorough understanding of NCS' products and services to coordinate pre-sales requirements;
- Drive profitable wins focused on NCS' core capabilities and growth strategy;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Lines of Business (LOBs) within NCS to strike innovative deals, get orders provisioned, and meet customers' service expectations;
- Provide a one-stop experience to customers regarding all NCS services.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's, background in Computer Science or Computer Engineering;
- More than 5 years of sales/presales experience in ICT services or consulting or more than 8 years of technical sales;
- Proven experience in selling Application-driven opportunities;
- Knowledge of Commercial arrangements;
- Application Implementation experience would be an added advantage;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Sales, Negotiation, Presentation skills;
- Knowledge of NCS operational processes.
