About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our sales team at DELTAFRONTIER PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies to penetrate the target market and expand the customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and target potential clients for smart workspace solutions, ranging from small businesses to large enterprises.
* Develop and execute effective sales strategies to penetrate the target market and expand the customer base.
* Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the smart workspace domain.
* Establish and nurture long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
* Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and pain points.
* Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests.
* Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations that showcase the features and benefits of our smart workspace solutions.
* Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and tailor solutions that align with their business objectives.
* Work closely with technical experts to design customized solutions that address client challenges.
* Lead the entire sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and deal closure.
* Develop persuasive sales proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements that meet client expectations.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and deployment of solutions.
* Set ambitious sales targets and objectives in alignment with company goals.
* Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
* Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
* Proven track record of at least 5 years in B2B sales, preferably in technology or smart solutions such as business intelligence, smart office, smart building, surveillance, physical security, locker solution
* Strong understanding of smart office technologies, IoT, and related trends.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to identify market opportunities and drive revenue growth.
* Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals with a customer-centric approach.
* Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
* Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
* Highly motivated, resourceful, and independent worker who is proactive and customer-focused.
* Proven sales track record.
