Job Summary:


As the Information Technical Director of INSHA TECH SOLUTIONS PTE LTD , you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, driving business growth, and ensuring the overall success of the organization. You will work closely with the board of directors and I T Development, Artificial Intelligence and Mobile Application Implementation effective strategies that align with our vision and goals. Your role will involve overseeing all aspects of the company's operations, managing key stakeholder relationships, and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

Responsibilities:

· Technology Strategy: Information Technical Director responsible for developing and implementing the overall technology strategy aligned with the company's business goals. This inculpates emerging IT technologies, evaluating their potential impact, and making recommendations on their adoption or integration into the company's operations.

· Technology Innovation: A vital role in driving innovation within the organization. This involves researching and exploring new technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation, and fostering a culture of creativity and experimentation. He may lead or collaborate with research and development teams to create new IT products (Mobile Applications and Web Portals), services, or processes that give the company a competitive edge.

· Technical Leadership: As the senior technology executive, the Information Technical Director provides technical leadership and guidance to the organization. The Information Technical Director also promotes collaboration, knowledge sharing, and best practices across different teams to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

· Technology Operations: The Information Technical Director oversees the day-to-day technology operations, including infrastructure, systems, and applications. This involves ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of technology systems, as well as managing vendor relationships, budgeting, and resource allocation.

· Talent Management: The Information Technical Director is responsible for building and managing a high-performing technology team. This includes attracting and retaining top talent, developing skill sets, and fostering a culture of learning and growth. The Information Technical Director may also be involved in recruiting and partnering with external technology vendors, consultants, or contractors when necessary.

· Stakeholder Management: The Information Technical Director acts as a bridge between the technical and non-technical stakeholders. They communicate the technology strategy, initiatives, and progress to the executive team, board of directors, investors, and other key stakeholders. The Information Technical Director also collaborates with external partners, industry associations, and regulatory bodies to stay updated on technological advancements and comply with relevant standards or regulations. As the Information Technical Director of INSHA TECH SOLUTIONS PTE LTD, you will have the opportunity to lead a dynamic and ambitious organization and drive its growth in the global marketplace. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's strategic direction, fostering innovation, and building strong partnerships.


Qualifications:


· Proven Min 7+ Years of experience in Singapore as a leadership role in Information Technology, or Sr. I T Manager, with a track record of driving business growth and delivering results.

· In-depth knowledge of the Information Technology, New Upcoming Technology like Artificial Intelligence and Mobile Application development in IT industry, market trends, and competitive landscape.

· Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to envision the company's future and formulate effective strategies.

· Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse workforce.

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

· Strong business development and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify and seize opportunities for growth.
