  • Monitor and respond to website alerts and data entry issues
  • Handle incidents and manage incident reports
  • Communicate with account executives, infrastructure teams, and developers
  • Support Network Operations Centers (NOCs)
  • Assist the Service Desk with infrastructure and portal incidents

Requirements:

  • Proficient in English language and communication
  • Preferable skills and experience: customer service, IT basics, and passion for customer service
  • Ability to work night shifts
  • Preferred majors: IT or English Literature
  • Fresh graduates welcome to apply
  • Only Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident applicants
