Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at iCompaz Singapore. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support and services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site and off-site technical support for end-user devices and peripherals, ensuring timely delivery and processing in accordance with our Service Level Agreement.
  • Oversee installations, de-installations, and upgrades of equipment and software at designated customer sites.
  • Coordinate and plan IMACs (In-Memory Application Components) to support office changes, staff onboarding/offboarding, and minimize operational interruptions.
  • Prepare and standby for video conferencing and meeting room A/V equipment.
  • Assist in IT-related projects and activities, and participate in events.

Requirements

  • Strong technical knowledge and experience in IT service delivery.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
