We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at DSM. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional technical support to our valued customers, sales teams, and customer service groups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers, sales staff, and customer service groups, including on-site visits and troubleshooting sessions.
  • Develop new application protocols for specific product needs, ensuring rigorous validation and documentation of results.
  • Develop and present technical presentations at industry meetings, seminars, and webinars, showcasing expertise in chemistry, lab techniques, and software applications.
  • Administer product training programs, support R&D initiatives, and drive international technical publications and key opinion leader relationships.
  • Travel extensively across Asia, providing technical support and training to customers and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement technical solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying knowledge to improve technical support and product development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as chemistry, biology, or a related science.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support or related role, preferably in a laboratory or research setting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to diverse audiences.
