SMB Acquisition Team Lead

The Shopee team is dynamic and energetic, always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan.
As a key member of the Business Development and Partnerships team, you will provide Shopee's buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.
Job Responsibilities- Business Development: Seek, develop relationships with potential customers networks (direct or indirect), execute plans of acquisition and expansion activities cascaded from Merchant teams to achieve sales targets.
- Partnership Building: Approach assigned merchant clients and support food retail owners on how to collaborate with ShopeeFood apps and features, building and maintaining relationships with merchant clients.
- Campaign Execution: Support implementing advertisements and promotions campaigns with POSM at retail selling points, solving issues related to customers.
- Bachelor or College degree in a Business Administration or related field.
- Prior experience in F&B or sales in E-commerce, E-Wallet, POS is a plus.
- Communication skills and negotiation skills.
- Time-oriented and ability to handle tough customers/retail food stores.
- Able to understand processes and adapt to tracking own work systematically and accurately.
Salary: approximately $30,000 per year, based on location and experience. The salary may vary depending on individual performance and qualifications.
