Position: Senior SMB Account Executive - SEA
Location: Singapore
Terms: Full-time
Position Overview
We are partnering with our client, a leading Saa S organization in search for a high-achieving Senior SMB Account Executive with a strong background in B2 B sales and a demonstrated history of growth in the Saa S industry. In this role, you’ll be pivotal in expanding our SMB customer base, establishing relationships with new clients, and deepening existing partnerships to increase our reach and impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate top-line revenue by winning new SMB clients and developing plans to engage high-priority accounts.
Identify and act on opportunities to offer additional products and services to current customers, maximizing revenue and profitability within accounts.
Build and sustain valuable customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty, cultivating long-lasting partnerships.
Use data insights, customer engagement trends, and adoption metrics to identify and retain prospects, driving both new business and expansion within existing clients.
Formulate quarterly territory plans with strategies and actionable steps to increase our market share in the SMB space.
Develop a strong understanding of our products, aligning them with clients’ objectives to encourage product adoption and customer satisfaction.
Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads and ensure accurate sales forecasting to exceed quarterly and yearly revenue targets.
Collaborate effectively across internal teams to refine sales tactics and drive execution.
Utilize a consultative approach to negotiate and close complex deals, demonstrating strong communication skills and value-based selling.
Stay up-to-date on our products, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
At least 2 years in cloud/software B2 B sales or solution engineering, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Skilled in managing complex, multi-month sales cycles and renewals with value-focused, proof-of-concept stages.
Excellent skills in presentation, negotiation, and closing.
Experience developing and using territory and account plans.
Entrepreneurial approach, collaborative mindset, and dedication to professional growth.
In-depth industry knowledge and the ability to navigate trends, building relationships with decision-makers.
Proficiency with sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Clari, Seismic, and Looker.
Ability to travel as needed to client locations.
Proficiency in both English and Bahasa (Indonesia/Melayu) is mandatory , as this role involves working with clients in the MY/PH/ID territory.
