We are seeking an experienced Vendor Sales Manager to join our APAC SMB team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective sales strategies and partner enablement.
About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative company like TikTok, where you will have the chance to make a significant impact on our sales performance. Your primary focus will be on implementing key sales programs executed by our vendor partners, spanning multiple phases of the sales cycle.
As a Vendor Sales Manager, you will be expected to:
- Execute sales strategies to drive business goals and objectives.
- Help deliver a strong sales orientation to our vendor teams, fostering a collaborative environment that aligns with our company vision and mission.
- Collaborate with Vendor Management to improve reporting delivered by the vendor team in weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.
- Coordinate priorities with the Vendor Sales Lead based on market feedback, quarterly goals, and business needs.
- Share sales insights with key stakeholders to drive impact and monitor internal and external trends, implementing them in the Vendor sales narrative where relevant.
We are looking for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in sales, advertising product solutions, and/or agency experience. Your expertise should include strong project management skills, good communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners.
You should also possess knowledge of digital advertising buying, including self-serve platforms, auctions, and biddable forms. A minimum of 3+ years of experience working in sales or vendor sales teams within the SMB space is required.
Additional qualifications include being a solutions-oriented and critical thinker who can identify needs and opportunities in the sales process, detail-oriented with a passion for delivering feedback and improving internal processes.
