Role Overview:
Grab is seeking an experienced Regional Head, SMB Demand Generation to lead the development and execution of our omnicommerce, marketing promotions and advertising strategy for small and medium-sized businesses (SMB) across Southeast Asia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive SMB omnicommerce, marketing promotions and advertising self-serve and sales strategy aligned with business goals and market trends.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying monetization opportunities and optimizing SMB promotions, advertising and engagement campaigns.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align SMB promotions, advertising and engagement efforts with overall business strategies.
- Build and lead a high-performing team of Grabbers to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Solid proven track record leading B2B sales or general management with experience working with SMBs across Southeast Asia.
- Previous experience with Self-Serve online sales platforms and customer adoption strategies.
- Sound understanding & experience of marketing deals, digital Ads Ecosystem for both Online & Offline experiences.
- Experience leveraging sales enablement tools (CRM, Content, Marketing Automation).
- Excellent communication & presentation skills with the ability to transmit across different level stakeholders.
