Operations and Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations and Administrative Coordinator to join our team at A DREAMWORKS COMPANY PTE. LTD.
About the RoleThis is a key role in overseeing the daily administration of the Department, providing administrative support to daily operations work, and administering Order Processing duties, including data entry and updating of records to system.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently under minimum supervision and as part of a team.
Responsibilities- Assist in overseeing the daily administration of the Department.
- Provide administrative support to daily operations work.
- Administer Order Processing duties, including data entry and updating of records to system.
- Assist in the planning and scheduling of measurement and installation works based on existing procedures and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with relevant Departments in daily deployment of trucks and drivers.
- Assist in Vehicle Scheduling.
- Prepare drawings with/without using CAD software.
- Coordinate between different departments and sub-contractors to ensure order fulfilment and proper documentation and billing.
- Prepare full of documents including costing before passing over to other departments for processing.
- Perform verification of sub-contractor billings.
- Handle office administrative work like filing and scanning.
- Possess at least a secondary school GCE "O" level or Diploma equivalent.
- At least 1 – 2 year(s) of working experience in admin co-ordination.
- Able to work independently under minimum supervision.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and Google Sheets.
- Comfortable with Numbers and Technical Drawings.
The estimated salary range for this position is $2,400 - $3,000 per month.
