Administrative Operations Coordinator

At GEK MARINE SERVICES, we are seeking an experienced Administrative Operations Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and maintaining a productive work environment. This includes:
- Managing office supplies and ensuring efficient use of resources;
- Handling clerical duties and coordinating with different departments to support business activities;
- Planning and executing office events and activities relevant to team members;
- Serving as the main liaison person to communicate and work with potential stakeholders on office matters;
- Coordinating and overseeing planned office activities, including store management and online sales for products from China.
We require the successful candidate to have excellent interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and experience in travel arrangements. Additionally, they must be able to perform tasks such as inventory management, operations management, and payroll administration.
