Job Summary
At ATELIER AQUATIC SAFETY PTE. LTD., we seek a highly skilled Administrative Operations Coordinator to oversee day-to-day administrative tasks and provide exceptional support to our team.

Job Responsibilities:
• General administrations & co-ordinations for smooth operations, including planning and adjustment of manpower scheduling and compiling/managing manpower strength.
• Collaborate with the human resource department on employee development and performance appraisal, ensuring a positive work environment.
• Respond to employees' queries regarding company operations and perform other ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:
• Diploma or equivalent with 1 year experience in operations or administrative support within fast-paced environments.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, along with multitasking and prioritization abilities.
• Effective problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with diverse employee profiles.
