Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our production team, ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities. This includes managing documents, maintaining records, and coordinating with suppliers and customers.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the preparation and issuance of drawings to relevant departments for production
* Prepare purchase orders by verifying specifications and price
* Obtain recommendations from suppliers for substitute items
* Obtain approval from requisitioning department
* Assist in obtaining supplier quotations
* Handle customer quotation enquiries
* Follow up on ongoing projects
* Coordinate production schedules
* Data entry into ERP system, filing, photocopying, and scanning
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records

Requirements
* Proven experience in administration and operations coordination
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Salary
SGD $4,000 - $5,500 per month depending on experience
