Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Operational Administrator Coordinator to join our team at Protemps Employment Services Pte Ltd. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to manage multiple tasks with ease.

About the Role:
As an Operational Administrator Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office. Your responsibilities will include managing office supplies inventory, coordinating meetings and appointments, maintaining filing systems, and preparing correspondence and reports. You will also assist with bookkeeping and invoicing as needed, and support team members with administrative tasks and projects.

Key Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a diploma or equivalent qualification, with associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. You should have proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, and be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this position.

Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this role is between $2,500 - $3,200 per month, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including medical insurance, annual leave, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Location:
This role is based in Woodlands, and you will be required to work from our office location.
