**Job Summary:**

The Leukemia and Lymphoma Foundation is seeking an experienced Administrative Executive to join our team. This role requires a high degree of organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication to support various functions such as coordinating office activities, events, and logistics.

This position will be responsible for overseeing office operations, managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities support. Additionally, the candidate will handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, and coordinate meetings and external dispatches.

The successful candidate will also provide administrative support by assisting in preparing presentations, spreadsheets, and data analysis. They will create and update organizational policies and procedures, prepare reports, memos, and other business-related documents as required.

In the area of financial administration, the candidate will manage donations received by the company, collate data for funders, and assist with budget tracking and expense reports.

For events management and IT support, the candidate will coordinate and assist in organizing company events and workshops, supporting all logistical and registration processes.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma holder with 5 years of working experience in a similar capacity. Prior experience working in a charity or social work environment would be an advantage. The candidate should be highly resourceful, with excellent administrative and organizational skills.

They should be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Social Media. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with strong problem-solving skills, multitasking, and adaptability.

The salary for this role is estimated to be between SGD 35,000 - SGD 50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
