Overview:
This Guest Experience Officer role involves managing guest interactions and providing exceptional service in a contact center environment. The successful candidate will be well-versed in information about various wildlife parks and will effectively handle guest enquiries, feedback, and escalated cases.
Responsibilities:
• Be knowledgeable about the four main wildlife parks and provide accurate information to guests.
• Effectively manage guest interactions through various channels, including emails, calls, live chat, and social media.
• Identify and resolve problems efficiently, escalating cases when necessary.
• Maintain high-quality responses to ensure consistency and meet service standards.
• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to enhance guest experience and satisfaction.
• Support key feedback reporting and work with relevant teams to find solutions.
• Manage staff rosters and training programs.
• Develop innovative solutions for problem-solving situations.
• Assist with monthly reports and Standard Operating Procedures updates.
• Support ad-hoc projects for the Guest Experience Management team.
Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma level qualification.
• At least one year of relevant experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in other languages may be advantageous.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays.
