Job Overview
">This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations to deliver a high level of service to our guests consistently. It involves monitoring and ensuring the quality of food & beverage, guest services, hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness to achieve total customer satisfaction and meet company standards.
">Oversee daily operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences">Responsibilities:
">Our ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, be able to multitask efficiently and handle administration duties including staff roster and duty assignments. They should also be able to undertake a busy and fast-paced role with varied duties, handle and resolve issues or complaints in a professional manner, supervise all staff members in their duties and encourage or reprimand as necessary, and train staff to provide high standards of service and increase their personal knowledge.
