
Customer Service Manager

1. Role Description:
This position reports to the Director and interfaces with customer service staff and Operations Department. Eng Hua Automotive Service Center is committed to providing an employee-focused culture for employees to meet necessary performances and to grow and improve in their skills and experience.
2. Specific Responsibilities:
- Attending to customers who send their cars to the Workshop for service and repairs.
- Understanding the requirements of customers and documenting the exact problems that need to be addressed for the vehicles
- Co-ordinate with external contractors if any car needs external support services
- Keep track of the information and status of cars that are in the workshop for servicing/repairs
- Ensure that customer requirements are met every time effectively & efficiently.
- Assist with billing for customers for the servicing/repair works
- Be able to provide advice to customers on basic car insurance information and claim issues
3. Competencies to learn:
- Good interpersonal and communication skills liaise with co-workers and customers
- Knowledge on basic inspection procedures and common vehicle problems
- Knowledge on car insurance purchase and renewal process, and claims procedures
- Familiar with costs and prices of services/repairs for billing purposes
- Excellent customer service
- Handling customers' feedback and/complains
4. Duration of Traineeship/Attachment Offered:
- 6 months
5. Approved Training Allowance:
- Mature Mid-Career Individual - $2,700.00
