**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage customers’ inventories
- Process customers’ sales orders and warehouse receipts
- Prepare documentations for shipments
- Liaise with forwarders/truckers on shipment bookings and collections
- Coordinate with warehouse on customers’ shipment/packing requirements
- Prepare reports for customers and any ad-hoc reports required
- Assist in inventories stock take and cycle count
- Handle customers’ enquiries

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Degree or Diploma qualification with 2 years of experience in the logistics industry
- Ability to work on issues independently and drive improvement initiatives
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Ability to perform root cause analysis on more complex and less mature processes and services
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic data management / manipulation
- Comfortable to work 5.5 days/week
