Operations Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled customer service representative to join our team. As an Operations Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining excellent service levels for internal and external customers through accurate data entry, continuous process improvement, and prompt resolution of issues.

  • You will manage communication with clients, carrier brokers, and other offices/facilities for customer service and administration requirements.
  • You will process all documentation related to the movement of clients' inventory into and out of the facility accurately and timely.
  • You will verify and process all documentation appropriately, respecting legal liability requirements.
  • You will ensure all orders are processed promptly according to client requirements.
  • You will confirm bills of lading and ensure correct entry into systems.
  • You will maintain inventory integrity by processing authorized adjustments.
  • You will investigate and resolve customer concerns promptly.
  • You will maintain professional communication with internal and external customers.
  • You will document shipping errors accurately.
  • You will update and maintain all working instructions, ensuring ISO quality compliance.
  • You will assist with dispatch planning and control.
  • You will coordinate daily client KPIs for internal and external stakeholders.
  • You will pursue continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and service levels.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-4+ years experience in Contract Logistics / 3PL industry.
  • 2-3+ years customer service and administrative/data entry experience.
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; knowledge of order entry and warehouse management systems.
