Job Summary

The Sales and Service Associate role is designed to deliver exceptional guest experiences through genuine connections, product education, and communication of our community and culture. This position involves leading a service-driven environment on the sales floor, assessing guest interactions, and coaching team members to address gaps.

Key Responsibilities

  • Foster meaningful, long-term relationships with customers to drive guest loyalty and satisfaction.

  • Confidently introduce and promote all aspects of the business model to ensure guests understand the brand mission.

  • Resolve guest concerns effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and a seamless experience.

  • Drive and exceed sales goals by leveraging company tools, incentives, and initiatives.

  • Ensure effective sales floor coverage by developing workforce solutions and leading selling initiatives as needed.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Collaborate with Community & Studio, Operations, and Visual Merchandiser Leads to execute cross-functional training and ensure seamless business execution.

  • Partner with store leadership to manage reporting, budgets, expenses, and inventory control.

  • Execute company-level directives and initiatives, supporting all organizational goals and projects.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a client-focused, sales-driven environment, with demonstrated leadership abilities preferred.

  • Proven ability to coach and develop team members, fostering individual and team growth.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and building genuine connections.

  • High energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to integrate fun into the workplace.

  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of excelling both individually and as part of a team.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
