Job Title: Expert Guest Experience Specialist
The primary objective of this role is to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction. This entails managing front desk operations, including check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Provide timely assistance to guests via various communication channels.
- Accurately inform guests about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Assign rooms to VIPs and CIPs based on their preferences and requirements.
Key responsibilities include handling telephone calls effectively, providing information on room types and rates, and resolving guest complaints in a prompt and professional manner.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A diploma or higher qualification in any field.
- Relevant experience in the hospitality industry.
- Ability to work rotating shifts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
