Position Type: Non-Management
Job Responsibilities- Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services, such as transportation, reservations, or dry cleaning.
- Follow up to ensure guest satisfaction with special requests and services.
- Provide information to guests about the property and local area amenities, including events and activities.
- Handle guest calls, messages, requests, and concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve guest issues.
- Monitor the club lounge for seating, service, safety, and guest well-being.
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management.
- Follow all company policies and maintain a professional appearance.
- Welcome and acknowledge guests, anticipate their needs, and assist individuals with disabilities.
- Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- Develop positive relationships with team members and support team goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific certifications needed.
