Job Responsibilities
  • Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services, such as transportation, reservations, or dry cleaning.
  • Follow up to ensure guest satisfaction with special requests and services.
  • Provide information to guests about the property and local area amenities, including events and activities.
  • Handle guest calls, messages, requests, and concerns professionally and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve guest issues.
  • Monitor the club lounge for seating, service, safety, and guest well-being.
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management.
  • Follow all company policies and maintain a professional appearance.
  • Welcome and acknowledge guests, anticipate their needs, and assist individuals with disabilities.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
  • Develop positive relationships with team members and support team goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • No prior related work experience required.
  • No supervisory experience required.
  • No specific certifications needed.
