We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to assume the role of Receptionist within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure guest rooms are adequately supplied with amenities for comfort and convenience.
- Offer prompt and efficient assistance to guests, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
- Familiarize yourself with and adhere to organizational policies and procedures, as well as government safety regulations.
- Answer all incoming calls promptly and professionally, making sure to connect callers efficiently.
- Perform tasks assigned according to established standards, including taking messages, handling check-in/check-out and calls, maintaining equipment, and reporting maintenance issues.
- Carry out additional duties as directed by the Supervisor or Management.
Requirements:
- Prioritization of local applicants.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in using current computer systems.
- Pleasant demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Front Office experience.
- Microsoft Excel proficiency.
- Knowledge of digital platforms.
