  • Cross-Selling and Upselling: Develop and implement strategies to cross-sell and upsell other banking products and services to existing customers, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Credit Risk Management: Underwrite credit risks by identifying significant risks and mitigating factors, ensuring a balanced stance for both the customer and the bank.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Requirements: Ensure compliance with all mandatory banking processes and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree with 10 or more years of relevant experience in sales within the enterprise banking space.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to adapt to change. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong sense of commitment and accountability.
