Job Description

As a key member of the StriveX team, the Corporate Banking Relationship Manager will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored banking solutions.

  • Develop and Maintain Client Relationships

The Corporate Banking Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored banking solutions to meet their requirements.

  • Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities

The Corporate Banking Relationship Manager will proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential clients, leveraging their knowledge of the corporate banking industry and market trends.

  • Manage Client Portfolio

The Corporate Banking Relationship Manager will manage a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through regular reviews and reporting.

  • Conduct Credit Analysis and Risk Assessment

The Corporate Banking Relationship Manager will conduct comprehensive credit analysis and risk assessment for new and existing clients, ensuring that all necessary due diligence checks are performed and credit proposals are prepared and presented to the credit committee for approval.

  • Collaborate with Internal Teams

The Corporate Banking Relationship Manager will collaborate with internal teams, including credit, operations, and product specialists, to ensure seamless delivery of banking services to clients.

  • Stay Informed about Industry Trends

The Corporate Banking Relationship Manager will stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact clients' businesses, ensuring that StriveX remains a leader in the corporate banking industry.

  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies

The Corporate Banking Relationship Manager will participate in the development and implementation of marketing and business development strategies to drive growth and revenue for StriveX.

  • Monitor and Manage Client Performance

The Corporate Banking Relationship Manager will monitor and manage the performance of the client portfolio, including regular reviews and reporting to ensure that clients are meeting their financial goals and objectives.

Job Requirements
  • Degree Holder

A degree in a relevant field, such as finance, business, or economics, is required for this role.

  • Minimum of 5-10 Years of Experience

A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in corporate banking is required for this role, with a proven track record of successfully managing and growing a portfolio of corporate clients.

  • Strong Understanding of Corporate Banking Products

A strong understanding of corporate banking products, including bilateral loans and syndication participation, is required for this role.

  • Strong Credit Analysis and Cash Flow Projections

Strong credit analysis and cash flow projections skills are required for this role, with the ability to conduct comprehensive credit analysis and risk assessment for new and existing clients.

  • Proven Track Record of Client Management

A proven track record of successfully managing and growing a portfolio of corporate clients is required for this role.

  • Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills
