About the Role:

In this pure farming role, you will be instrumental in managing and growing relationships with local and regional large corporate clients. Your expertise in credit writing and deep understanding of the corporate banking landscape will be key as you work to provide tailored financial solutions. With a strong focus on nurturing existing client relationships and maximizing their potential, you will play a crucial role in our client's continued success.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with large corporate clients, ensuring their financial needs are met with tailored solutions.
  • Utilize your expertise in credit writing to assess and structure credit proposals effectively.
  • Leverage your Mandarin proficiency to communicate seamlessly with clients and understand their unique needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive and innovative banking solutions.
  • Drive business growth by identifying opportunities and enhancing client satisfaction.
     

Requirements:

  • Min 5 to 7 years of proven experience as a Relationship Manager or Assistant Relationship Manager in corporate banking, specifically with large corporates.
  • Strong credit writing skills with a solid track record in structuring credit proposals.
  • Exceptional Mandarin proficiency is a must, with the ability to engage effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strategic mindset.
