Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing channel operations and distribution, ensuring high quality of service, and managing third-party suppliers. They will also support commercial teams and affiliates by gathering requirements, developing solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver new services.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex projects and operational excellence programs, and to coordinate multi-disciplinary project or engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Channel Operations Management: Oversee channel operations and distribution, ensuring high quality of service, and managing third-party suppliers.
  • Solution Development: Support commercial teams and affiliates by gathering requirements, developing solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver new services.
  • Project Management: Work on complex projects and operational excellence programs, and coordinate multi-disciplinary project or engineering teams.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven service management/service delivery experience, preferably in the broadcast or media tech industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex initiatives, strategies, and systems to different audiences.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of broadcast technologies and workflows, including content delivery operations, localization, scheduling, and coding/mux.
  • Languages: Proficiency in Thai and English languages.
