Veritas Customer Success is responsible for ensuring that Veritas’ customers are successfully exceeding the value of their investment in Veritas solutions and coordinating the company focus on the end-to-end customer relationship. Customer Success includes customer support and care, professional and business critical services, and renewal sales.
This position supports execution of the Global Channel strategy, offers insight, drives innovation to the broader business, drives simplification across the business processes and assists in the development and execution of key Global strategies for sustained growth.
In addition, the role will be responsible for managing Global Channel programs, ensuring they stay on track and report to leadership on progress, risks, issues and opportunities.
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the Global Program team, Channel marketing, Channel & Enterprise Sales Teams, Renewals, Finance, Legal and Operations to ensure program optimization and compliance
- Reporting/Analytics -Ability to analyze and report out on Partner and Program performance, calling out key indicators and comparisons
- Program Management - Own and manage key areas of the Global Partner Program such as benefits and target tracking
- Operations lead for program / Promo launches - represent Channel operations working with Marketing and Product Management driving increased pipeline
- Channel Sales & Partner Training and Enablement - Ensuring all Channel Sales Teams & Channel Partners are trained and enabled on key process, system or reporting changes
- Channel Sales & Partner Process optimization - drive process alignment/improvements initiatives and provide recommendations for process simplifications and ease of doing business
- Channel forecast preparation
- Quarter end support of Channel Sales and Partners
**Qualifications**:
- Strong business analysis experience (including implementation, tracking, problem resolution and reporting) is preferred
- Proven experience of building and retaining strong interpersonal relationships with key partners to deliver a smooth execution of common goals and business results
- Ability to handle projects with multiple tracks as a high energy contributor
- Ability to develop clear action plans and drive processes with numerous inter dependencies
- Attention to detail and commitment to high quality/accurate deliverables for customers
- A successful track record of working with managers and executive at high levels in the organization as well as staff users
- Experience leading change skills is essential
- Meeting management and group process facilitation skills are required
- Proven experience in Supporting Operations or Sales Operations, additional experiences of Program management is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast paced, action orientated environment
