Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Channel Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of live streams and providing exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for supporting the Channel Manager in managing and creating content for the brand channel, as well as providing administrative support to live streamers during their live shows.

  • Diploma or degree holders in business management, marketing, communications, or related fields are preferred but not required.
  • Retail experience is an asset.
  • Intermediate Excel skills are desired.
  • A valid driver's license and ability to drive overseas are mandatory.
  • Candidates must be bilingual, able to communicate fluently in both Chinese and English.
  • They must be prepared to travel overseas (50%) for live stream shows when required.
  • Occasional overtime may be necessary to accommodate various time zones.
