  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders in the flavor and fragrance industry.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and safety protocols.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product development, marketing, and sales teams to align business strategies with market demands.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to the executive team.

Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in Business Administration, Chemistry, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
  • Experience: At least 10 years of experience in business management, operations, or a related role within the flavor and fragrance industry or a similar field.
  • Skills: Proven track record in managing teams and driving business performance. Strong understanding of market dynamics, trends, and customer requirements within the flavor and fragrance space. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with fluency in both English and Mandarin.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented mindset. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a dynamic business environment. Willingness to travel as needed for business engagements.
