Senior Executive for Organisational Culture

We are seeking a Senior Executive, Culture and Engagement to develop and implement strategies that enhance workplace culture, employee engagement, and overall organisational well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Drive initiatives that promote a strong company culture aligned with organisational values and business goals.
- Develop and execute programmes that enhance employee experience, inclusivity, and belonging.
- Collaborate with leadership to integrate culture-building strategies into company policies and operations.
- Support and drive DEI initiatives, ensuring they are embedded in company practices to create a diverse and inclusive work environment.
- Plan and execute engagement activities, such as recognition programmes, team-building events, festivities, leadership engagement and wellness initiatives.
- Conduct employee surveys, analyse feedback, and recommend improvements based on insights.
- Assist in the development of internal communication strategies to keep employees informed and motivated.
- Create internal communication campaigns that reinforce company's purpose, vision and values.
- Promote mental health and well-being initiatives to support employee satisfaction and productivity.
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in Human Resources, employee engagement, culture and/or internal communications is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills, with the ability to connect with employees at all levels.
- Confident, outgoing and comfortable with public speaking and event hosting.
- Experience with employee engagement tools and survey platforms is an advantage.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively across teams.
- A genuine passion for both people and wildlife.
