Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and organized office management specialist to join our team at HR Focus. In this role, you will be responsible for providing general administrative support to our office, including handling work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.

Key Accountabilities
  • Provide administrative support to the office, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Process reimbursements through the Government online portal.
  • Manage staff attendance and maintain accurate records.
  • Maintain the office environment, ensuring it is well-maintained and coordinate necessary repairs and housekeeping.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Candidate must be a Singaporean with Higher Nitec qualification and 2-3 years of administrative experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese to interact with colleagues and team members.
