Job Description
  • Manage financial transactions, including recording, reporting, and reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, both physical and digital.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
  • Assist in payroll processing, ensuring accurate employee records.
  • Prepare payment vouchers and assist in preparing payment for payouts.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Good in data entry and experience using accounting software (QuickBooks).
