
Patient Experience Manager

This role involves establishing a feedback ecosystem that monitors and addresses feedback related to construction activities. You will help shape organisation-wide service excellence initiatives that foster a culture of compassion.
You will develop systematic approaches to collect and analyse feedback data, generate meaningful insights and provide recommendations for service improvements. Additionally, you will document meeting minutes and ensure information is accessible to stakeholders as required.
- A recognised degree with 4 years' experience in customer service/patient experience operations
- Customer-centric with strong empathy
- Good command of English and a second language
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with good organisational and project management skills
- Establish a feedback ecosystem from initial collection through to investigation, resolution and service recovery
- Implement channels and processes to monitor and address feedback related to construction activities
- Help shape organisation-wide service excellence initiatives that foster a culture of compassion
