The Senior Customer Success Executive will be responsible for delivering an exceptional patient experience and optimizing clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Patient Experience & Operations: Manage appointments and patient flow to ensure a seamless experience and optimize clinic efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the customer success team, overseeing their performance, training, and professional growth.
- Revenue & Growth: Promote and cross-sell clinic services to enhance patient value and meet revenue targets.
- Reporting & Compliance: Maintain accurate patient records and ensure adherence to data privacy regulations.
- Minimum of 5 years in a customer-facing role, preferably in healthcare, retail, or hospitality.
- Proven experience in leading, mentoring, and managing a team.
- A strong customer-centric and sales-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational ability, with a talent for multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
