You are responsible for planning initiatives aimed at improvingpatient experience and building a patient-centric culture. You will lead andare also accountable for the feedback management process, including servicerecovery and active engagement of staff, patients and caregivers.
**Requirements**:
- RecognisedDegree with at least 8 years of working experience in customer / patientservice operations, including a minimum of 2 years in a managerial capacity
- Must have aproven track record in building a service culture
- Experience indeveloping, evaluating and conducting service training is essential
- Strong commandof English language and a second language
- Proficient inwriting and editing
- Adept inconflict resolution, data analytics and presentation
- Excellentplanning and organisation skills
- Independent,resourceful and able to handle multiple projects
- Excellentinterpersonal skills, skilful in managing multiple stakeholders
