We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our service excellence initiatives, driving improvement across inpatient and outpatient settings. The successful candidate will develop and implement patient experience strategies, collecting, analyzing, and acting on feedback to enhance service delivery and patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Develop patient experience strategies, leveraging data to inform decision-making and drive improvement.
- Lead initiatives to collect and analyze patient feedback, identifying opportunities for service enhancements.
- Design and oversee programs to support service delivery, including staff recognition and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Respond effectively to patient and caregiver feedback, managing investigations and service recovery with empathy and professionalism.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent from a recognized institution.
- 5-8 years of experience in service quality, stakeholder engagement, or project management.
