Job Title: Senior Customer Success Executive

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our patient service team, delivering exceptional patient experiences and optimizing clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary patient contact, managing appointments and patient flow for a seamless experience.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the customer success team, overseeing performance, training, and professional growth.
  • Proactively promote and cross-sell clinic services to enhance patient value and meet revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and generate performance reports.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years in a customer-facing role, preferably in healthcare, retail, or hospitality.
  • Proven experience in leading, mentoring, and managing a team.
  • A strong customer-centric and sales-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organizational ability, with a talent for multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
