Job Description

The Patient Relations Officer plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional patient experiences, ensuring seamless interactions and unwavering support throughout the patient journey.

  • Patient Interaction & Service
    • Welcome and assist patients in a professional, courteous manner.
    • Anticipate patient needs and provide proactive assistance to enhance comfort and confidence.
    • Guide patients through registration, payment, and appointment processes.
    • Provide clear information about services, processes, and waiting times.
    • Handle patient inquiries in person, over the phone, or via email, ensuring timely responses.
  • Appointment & Administrative Coordination
    • Schedule and confirm appointments using our system.
    • Ensure accurate collection and entry of patient information and documentation.
    • Process payments and issue receipts as required.
    • Maintain confidentiality and security of patient data in compliance with regulations.
  • Patient Feedback & Issue Resolution
    • Receive and document patient feedback, complaints, or service issues.
    • Resolve minor service issues promptly or escalate complex matters to the Centre Manager.
    • Follow up with patients to ensure concerns are addressed satisfactorily.

Qualifications & Experience:

Prior experience in customer service is preferred.

A strong command of English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.

Competent in basic computer applications and familiar with patient management systems.

A friendly disposition with a customer-centric mindset is essential.

Minimum GCE 'O' Level or Diploma in any discipline is required.
