Treatment Coordinator Role
">Our dental clinic seeks an experienced Treatment Coordinator to provide exceptional patient care and facilitate seamless treatment experiences.
">This role requires a strong advocate for patients, ensuring a positive journey from consultation through treatment completion.
">The ideal candidate will balance being a patient advocate and service ambassador, helping patients understand their treatment options, managing schedules and finances, and supporting them throughout their journey.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the main point of contact for new and existing patients, providing a welcoming and supportive experience.">
- Clearly explain treatment plans and costs to patients, assist with payment arrangements or insurance claims.">
- Support dentists and hygienists in preparing and presenting treatment plans.">
- Coordinate patient appointments, follow-ups, and scheduling of additional resources (e.g., specialists, anesthetists).">
- Handle patient inquiries (treatment, financial, insurance) in a timely and professional manner.">
- Track patient progress, follow up post-treatment, and maintain strong patient relationships.">
- Monitor treatment acceptance and contribute to improving patient conversion and retention rates.">
- Assist front desk operations when required.">
Requirements:

- Prior experience in a dental clinic, medical aesthetics, healthcare, or high-end customer service role.">
- Knowledge of basic dental or medical procedures preferred (training will be provided).">
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to explain complex treatments in simple terms.">
- Organized, detail-oriented, comfortable managing schedules and administrative processes.">
- Outgoing, approachable, with strong personal warmth – able to build rapport easily and put patients at ease.">
